Can i fill out the form/submit payment and then submit my ad design later?

YES! We do not accept final ads until payments have been completed, but it is HIGHLY encouraged that you fill out the form ASAP so that we know that you are planning to send an ad in. 

I would like to submit aN ad for my child, but they would also like to do a group ad with their friend(s). Can i submit 2 ads?

YES! Please just place 2 separate orders. We will not be able to split payments, so please collect money and submit one payment. 

My kiddo doesn't play sports, isn't in a club or an organization. can i submit an ad still?

YES!. If your child is classified as a SENIOR or JUNIOR, please DO submit an ad. We want to honor ALL seniors/juniors. 

Group photos - does that mean a club can get their seniors together and submit an ad? 

YES! If your students are a part of any club or organization (even if it's not a sport!), we encourage them to gather ALL the seniors and/or juniors and commemorate/congratulate their group. 

if this is a group/team photo, do we still have to fill out the form and pay for it?

YES! For teams and organizations (band, choir, drill team, cheer, etc) we will include a photo of the ENTIRE team into the program. However, this SENIOR-only version of an ad will be in addition to, so will be a paying submission. 

we want to submit an ad for our group of seniors. does each person need to pay for this one ad?

NO! One ad = one price. No matter how many people are in it. The cost is based on the size of the ad. For example, if you have 15 seniors for a full page ad, the price is still $150 total. Not each. That breaks down to $10/senior.

if we want to submit a group ad, do parents pay? or will our group/team pay for them?

Good Question! Each group/team/organization has their own stipulations in regards to money. Some of them require fees to participate. However, it is up to the coach/sponsor to decide if they will utilize their funds for this specifically. If they do not have room in their budget, then it would be up to the senior parents to chip in to pay for it. 

Do i just send you photos and then you design the ad?

NO! Unfortunately, we do not offer ad design services at this time. Please see the ad guidelines listed above.
